Welcome to Ad Triangle ("we," "us," or "our"), an e-commerce website (https://www.somvaar.com) offering custom design services, products, and related services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

  • These Terms apply to all users of our website, including customers purchasing designs, products, or services.
  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
  • Our services are available only to individuals and businesses in Ahmedabad, India, unless otherwise specified.

2. Design Purchase License

When you purchase a design, product or service from Ad Triangle, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design for personal or commercial purposes (e.g., print, digital, or web use). You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the design files without our written consent.

What You Get:

  • Design concepts with mentioned round of revisions in product pages.
  • High-Resolution Files: Print-ready digital files (AI, EPS, PDF) with proper cut lines, bleed, and folding guides.
  • Physical Products: If ordered, physical products are produced by trusted manufacturers based on approved designs.

3. Order Process

How It Works:

  1. Provide Content: Submit dimensions, text, images, logo, and die-line (if available) during checkout.
  2. Secure Payment: Complete payment via our secure payment gateway (Razorpay).
  3. Detailed Briefing: Post-purchase, you’ll receive a link to a form for additional layout or content clarifications, especially for complex designs.
  4. Design & Collaboration: Our team creates your design, incorporating feedback through the included revision round.
  5. Delivery: Approved print-ready digital files are delivered via email or account download. Physical products, if ordered, are shipped to your specified address in Ahmedabad.

Image Requirements:

  • Images must be high-resolution (minimum 300 DPI) and suitable for printing. Low-quality images (e.g., pixelated JPEGs) may result in delays or additional editing costs.
  • If you need paid images, contact info@somvaar.com with your order number, and we’ll assist in sourcing them at an additional cost.

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Reasons for rejection may include incomplete content, low-quality images, or non-compliance with our policies. If an order is rejected, we will notify you via email or phone and issue a refund, subject to applicable laws and our internal policies.

5. Refund Policy

  • Design Services: All sales for custom designs are final due to their personalized nature. Refunds are only provided if we reject your order or fail to deliver the agreed-upon files.
  • Physical Products: Refunds for physical products are subject to inspection for manufacturing defects. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. You understand that these are custom made products hence returns are not a possibility unless manufacturing defect.
  • Processing: Refunds, if approved, are processed to your original payment method or from our PSB current account within 7–10 business days, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You warrant that all content (e.g., logos, images, text) provided to us is owned by you or licensed for use. You are responsible for any intellectual property disputes arising from your content.
  • Our Designs: We retain ownership of the design files until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive the license described in Section 2.
  • Third-Party Images: If we source paid images on your behalf, you are responsible for the licensing fees and compliance with the image provider’s terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ad Triangle is not liable for:

  • Errors in designs caused by incorrect or incomplete content provided by you.
  • Delays in delivery due to third-party manufacturers or shipping services.
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order, as permitted by Indian law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
